That was a lie.
I was going to write "I’m still not sleeping better, but I am falling asleep faster." But falling asleep faster is sleeping better, so I can’t really say that I’m stlll not sleeping better.
Let me start again.
I’ve noticed a small improvement in how I sleep. Although I still wake up a million times in the night (and stay awake for awhile each time), I’m finding that I do fall asleep faster than before (read: usually around an hour or so to fall asleep, as opposed to a couple of hours to several hours). This is good news.
But there is another side effect that I wasn’t really expecting: I’m full of beans.
I just have a lot more energy than I did. Which is pretty cool. I promise I’m not doing anything overly constructive with it.
Further to that, one of my workmates told me that I look "radiant", and that I did yesterday too. (She’s my new favourite coworker). I’m wondering if it has to do with the GSE… more energy = more radiant and that sort of thing.
Interesting. We’ll see how another weekend of getting up at *shudder* 7 am goes. I’m not really looking forward to it.
